Introducing Flex RTS: Rod Tensioning System
Severtson has designed a unique screen installation system that allows our fixed frame screens to be assembled quickly and easily — the Severtson Flex RTS: Rod Tensioning System. In this system the edges of the screen material are folded over and seamed to create pockets, then notched to allow rods to be inserted through all four edges of the material. Unlike competitor’s tensioning systems, Severtson Flex RTS allows the material to be easily secured to the frame to keep the viewing surface tensioned and perfectly flat.
