KanexPro 4K HDMI Cascading Extender Kit over Cat 6 (230′)

The 4K HDMI Cascading Extender Kit from KanexPro sends and receives HDMI signals with up to UHD 4K60 resolution beyond the ability of a standard HDMI cable, extending both video and audio up to 230′ over a single Cat 6/6e/7e cable with no latency. The kit consists of a transmitter unit with an HDMI input and RJ45 output and a receiver unit with an RJ45 input and HDMI output. The system supports cascading up to 10 additional receivers to extend the transmission even farther.

The transmitter also includes an HDMI output for a local display, and the receiver also includes a S/PDIF TOSLINK optical output to de-embed audio from the transmission. The kit also supports bidirectional IR pass-through and includes IR transmitter and receivers. Other features include HDCP 2.2, EDID, and HDR support.
