On-Site Technician & Fast Track with White Glove Service
Fast Track with White Glove technicians are trained and experienced in the removal, repair, and replacement of a variety of display units, regardless of where the display is placed. Samsung’s teams will remove the original unit, install a replacement, and ship the non-working unit to Samsung. Up to three exchanges of the display are covered, including mechanical and electrical breakdowns.

Samsung ProCare technicians are authorized to repair your display with genuine Samsung parts.
