The Vaddio USB Audio Bundle video-conferencing system delivers crystal-clear audio that enhances the productivity of distance meetings in medium-size rooms and executive offices. The system comes with all the equipment and accessories needed for cloud-based audio collaboration using your preferred platform, such as Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Facebook Live, Webex, Zoom, and more—just connect your Mac or Windows computer via USB and you’re ready to work.
The USB Audio Bundle includes two white CeilingMIC overhead microphones with full 360° coverage, automatic echo cancellation, and automatic gain control (AGC) for natural-sounding conversations with high speech intelligibility from anywhere in the room. The two white Vaddio 4″ ceiling speakers connect to the EasyUSB Mixer/Amp’s two 20W built-in amplifiers to provide clear sound distribution to all participants. The overhead microphones and recessed speakers cleanly and discreetly blend in with most of today’s drop ceilings, conferring a professional look to your meeting room.
EasyUSB Mixer/Amp
- This is an integrated audio mixer that includes a 2 X 20W amplifier and line-level audio input/output for connection to other AV equipment within the room.

- Each mic is equipped with integrated echo cancellation and Digital Signal Processing (DSP), including equalization, filtering, and automatic gain control (AGC) for clear and natural sound.
- With its plug-and-play design, installation is as simple as connecting a Cat 5 cable between the host device’s EasyMIC port and the CeilingMIC microphone interface box (up to 100′).
- Power, control, and audio are all carried over a single cable.
Two 40W Speakers for Clear Sound Anywhere in the Room
- The Vaddio Ceiling Speakers accurately reproduce audio from presentations and conference calls, and are optimized so voices sound clear and natural.
- The 2-way speakers are built with a specially designed, coaxially mounted cone tweeter and a high-performance 4″ metalized cone woofer with a rubber driver surround for long-lasting use.
- The flush-mounting speakers can be installed in the ceiling or wall and come with a lightweight ceiling tile brace.
- The air-sealed steel enclosure features a recessed cable cavity and a removable Euro-style plug. Removing the magnetic, neutral white metal grill reveals convenient baffle-located screws to secure the swivel-out mounting tabs.
