The Yamaha BWS50-260 is a wall mounting bracket designed for the MSR100 speaker, but accommodates speakers from other manufacturers as well. The sturdy unit is 10.5″ long, weighs approximately 3 pounds, and can support speakers up to 44 pounds.
The BWS50-260 features collars on both ends of the bracket allowing 360° rotation. Additionally, the joint in the shaft of the bracket swivels over 200° in 6° increments. This flexibility of positioning allows many possible mounting angles in order to attain the desired coverage.
All the BWS50-260 bracket hardware is designed for maximum safety, and the adjustment points are connected in a way that keeps them from coming apart even if the adjustment screws are missing. Screws to attach the brackets to the speaker are supplied with the speaker. Additional hardware is required to attach the brackets to the wall or ceiling. The thick steel flanges are both welded and riveted to assure their strength.
