Description
Split a single HDMI signal for identical output on up to 8 displays for digital signage, retail, or event space environments with the 1 x 8 4K HDMI Distribution Amplifier from KanexPro. The amplifier/splitter provides one HDMI 2.0 input and eight RJ45 outputs that connect to the eight included receivers to extend the HDMI signal over Cat 6/5e cable. The receivers allow you to extend 4K60 video up to 115′ away, up to 4K30 video up to 164′ away, and up to 1080p video up to 196′ away. It also provides digital coax and 3.5mm audio outputs to de-embed audio from your HDMI input to send to speakers or a mixing board.
The receivers are powered over the Cat 6/5e cable, so there is no need for additional power adapters. Each receiver features an HDMI 2.0 output and they also support IR control pass-through using the included IR blaster and IR receiver cables. Other features include HDCP 2.2, EDID management, support for color depth up to 12-bit, HDR 10/10+/HLG/Dolby Vision, and audio formats including LPCM, Dolby True HD, DTS, and DSD.
