The SpeechLine Digital Wireless SL Bodypack DW-4-US from Sennheiser is an SL Series wireless transmitter optimized for speech. It can be used when paired with an optional wireless receiver and microphone in applications for meetings, lectures, conferences presentations where every word matters. In addition, it is compatible with all Sennheiser microphones such as the SL Headmic 1 or MKE 1 (sold separately).
Featuring bi-directional communication between transmitter and receiver, the automatic frequency and interference management allows for convenient and reliable operation, which means the SL bodypack requires no settings to be adjusted. The LC display provides the link name, battery status and reception quality, and the easy-to-access mute-slider makes the use of the microphone very convenient.
Furthermore, the SL bodypack comes with a rechargeable BA 30 accupack that is built with external charging contacts – for easy charging with the CHG 2 and a USB socket. It provides up to 15 hours of operating time on a full charge. Finally, Sennheiser Control Cockpit software (download) offers easy handling, control, and maintenance for the SpeechLine Digital Wireless System. It provides a global overview of all network-enabled devices, shows all status information, and makes setting adjustments very easy.

Sennheiser HS 2 Headset Microphone (Beige, Locking 3.5mm Connector)
The Sennheiser HS 2 is a discreet, professional-quality, neck-worn microphone designed to deliver pristine vocal sound for singers and presenters working on stage and in broadcasting, theaters, houses of worship, or business and educational settings. The steel, low-profile adjustable frame and steel-wire cable make it both unobtrusive and durable, while the updated headband and neckband have been improved to offer a more comfortable fit.
The HS 2 uses an MKE 2 capsule, which features a wide, flat frequency response and omnidirectional polar pattern, helping to ensure consistent levels; the moisture-resistant capsule has also been improved to reduce interference when used with wireless transmitters. The microphone is available with various connectors to suit different applications; this version uses a locking 3.5mm connector common to Sennheiser EW G Series transmitters and other compatible transmitters and equipment.
Optimized Sensitivity and Frequency Curve
The headset’s MKE 2 mic capsule is a proven industry performer for television broadcast and theatrical productions that delivers accurate frequency response and natural, uncolored sound. The capsule is optimized for close-miking and can handle high-volume speakers and vocalists at SPLs up to 140 dB without noise and distortion. The included frequency response caps alter the high-end response, adding more presence and clarity when needed.

The unique umbrella diaphragm protects the microphone against sweat and moisture damage.
Resists Interference
The updated capsule design preserves the mic’s sonic performance, but adds additional protection from radio and electro-magnetic interference—especially helpful when used with wireless transmitters.
