Part of the TeamConnect ecosystem, the Sennheiser TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker (TC ISP) is a Microsoft Teams-certified speakerphone that can turn any medium-size meeting room into a conference space with advanced audio capabilities for up to 10 people—whether participants join remotely or are in the room. You can connect the TC ISP to a Microsoft Teams Room console for hands-free control of Teams meetings, verbally via Cortana voice assistance, and to automatically create live transcripts of each call. You can also connect the speakerphone directly to a laptop in a meeting room for standalone operation. The TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker is designed to be placed on a desk or conference table. It is powered via the included AC adapter.
Clear Audio and Complete Audio Coverage
The elegant design houses seven beamforming microphones that cover a radius of 11.5′ and an omnidirectional speaker for perfect speech intelligibility on both ends of the call.
The speaker provides powerful sound distribution throughout the room to all participants—with excellent echo cancellation performance.
An easily accessible Mute button allows for click-free muting/unmuting at any time during the meeting and an LED ring clearly indicates if the device is muted/unmuted, or interacting with Cortana.
Touchless and Intelligent Use
Fumbling around with conference room equipment, taking precious time out of your day to troubleshoot technical difficulties are all problems of the past. Microsoft Teams users can join Microsoft Teams instantly and without touch.
Using Microsoft Cortana voice intelligence, the TeamConnect TC ISP understands voice commands and responds seamlessly to them, allowing users to control the mic verbally.
Real-Time Transcripts of Your Calls
For each meeting, you can create a live transcript of what was said in the Teams room. The speakerphone can identify up to 10 different voices and display them as captions in real time, great for remote participants or participants who are hard of hearing.
The corresponding transcription documents are available immediately after the meeting. The Office 365 Cloud securely stores the transcripts as text documents, which you can access later for reference, to share, or delete at any time.
Fast, Easy Installation and Connection
The setup for your new TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker is easy. It comes with a Power & Data box and a universal AC power adapter.
Connect the speakerphone to the Power & Data box. Connect the box to your Microsoft Teams Room console. Plug in the AC adapter and you’re ready to go.
