Quickly create a web conference with voice commands, whiteboard access, data sharing, and scheduling assistance using this Synappx Meeting 3-Year Subscription Per Room. Synappx Meeting can be downloaded for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, and meetings can be set up through Office 365.
Synappx Meeting features the ability to start an ad hoc meeting, casting to a Sharp interactive whiteboard, access to meeting materials through OneDrive, tracking your meeting time, managing meetings with a scheduling assistant, creating a hands-free meeting with voice commands, and automatically connecting and disconnecting from meetings with schedule automation.
This subscription provides a three-year subscription per room, which auto-renews in three-year increments and can be managed through the Office 365 Business, Enterprise, Education, or Government plan.
Note:
Synappx subscriptions will automatically renew on the anniversary date for the initial term and quantity purchased.

Track Meeting Time
The Synappx Meeting Assistant includes a timer to help keep meetings on track. You can add time to extend the meeting if needed, and your calendar will automatically update with the new meeting time.
Hands-Free Meeting
Voice controls enable hands-free voice operation, so starting and ending your meetings on time is as easy as saying a few simple commands.
End Meeting and Disconnect
When the meeting ends, Synappx Meeting automatically disconnects all technology used during the meeting, updates the calendar, and allows the next meeting to start on time! If the meeting ends early, Synappx Meeting frees the meeting room so colleagues can be just as productive.
