Vaddio, founded in 2003, designs, develops and manufactures professional quality PTZ cameras, Pro AV solutions and a full suite of Unified Communication and Collaboration systems for the audiovisual, collaboration and production markets. Vaddio solutions combine enterprise-class performance with system-configured design and are easy to install and easy to use. Backed by industry-leading support, Vaddio products enhance any AV experience by elevating the science of communication with the Art of Easy.
During this launch, which was December of 2017, Vaddio released a statement,
“The DocCAM 20 HDBT Camera is ideal for higher-ed classrooms, board rooms, city council chambers and courtrooms, or settings where getting a razor-sharp overhead view is a must for the presentation,” said Jay Kilby, Vaddio Product Management Director. “The 20x optical zoom and recessed design preserves clean site lines, especially in areas that may have higher ceilings.”
The DocCAM 20 HDBT Camera is a new HD camera with recessed in-ceiling design. It features 20x optical zoom and HD 1080p resolution.
Equipped with a OneLINK HDBaseT port, the DocCAM easily connects to Vaddio’s OneLINK extension systems or other HDBaseT-compatible devices to simplify cabling installation and extend video, power, control and network up to 328 ft (100 m).
When Vaddio has a job to do, they make sure to follow the rules of simplicity and authenticity. Being simple and smart still means you’re smart.
